SET-UP / TAKE-DOWN INSTRUCTIONS
HOLT SUNDAY MARKET 2025

TIMINGS (Street Food - Your arrival time is as agreed with Iain)

To ensure a safe set-up and take-down, you may bring vehicles on site to unload ONLY until 9.00am and to load ONLY from 3.15pm. Note: NO entry for vehicles between 9.00am and 3.15pm. There will be NO waiting allowed while you set-up and take-down. Vehicles must be removed immediately from the market area once unloaded. You are encouraged to arrive early (from 7am) to unload onto a safe area as near to your allocated pitch number as possible. This will help ease congestion. Assembly of your gazebo/stall is ONLY permitted once a member of the Market Team has given you the signal to proceed.

You must be ready to trade by 10.00am and must remain open for trade until the end of the market at 3pm, or unless otherwise instructed by the Market Team. There will not be any permitted vehicular movement in the market area between 9.00am and 3.15pm.

Vehicles will not be allowed to remain anywhere on site without specific permission of the Market Team.

3.00PM TAKE DOWN – COLLECT VEHICLE – LOAD FROM 3.15PM
